Fuzzy Logic Control Design and Implementation with DC-DC Boost Converter

Being an electrical switch, this converter transforms uncontrolled input DC voltage into a regulated one to get desired output voltage. The MOSFET works in the circuit boost-converter as electronic switch that closes and opens several times. current passing through inductor determines modes operation of circuit. We proposed new fuzzy control (maximum power point (MPP) using Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) algorithm) was designed after replacing source with photovoltaic (PV) array duty cycle (constant) FLC keeping components same except for Pulses Width Modulation (PWM) frequency 3800 Hz. In full circuit, they controlled MPP PV boost FLC., relationship between drawn access at fixed constant solar irradiance temperature. value altered during day from low (in morning) high (with peak noon) before being reduced very sunset. proves algorithm efficiently make cell always maximum (MPP). stability its change also it operates according specifications P-V I-V characteristics referred earlier increased because we used step-up (boost FLC). achievement system is showed be efficient robust improving charging rectifying capacity.
